A deposit of 30% of the rental amount is required to book a room. In case of cancellation, for whatever reason, the 30% deposit will not be refunded. Two weeks before arrival you must pay the full rental amount to one of our accounts. In case of cancellation less than 2 weeks before arrival, no refund will be made. We advise you to use travel/cancellation insurance.
